Jennifer Raymond
Jennifer Raymond is a commercial real estate and land specialist focused on local, regional and national tenant representation. Jennifer has worked in the commercial real estate and economic development fields in the Fort Bend County and Harris County regions for nearly 30 years. She is also a real estate investor and developer.
Throughout her career, she has closed over $400 million in transactions, inclusive of acquisition, disposition and leasing of single tenant to multi-tenant buildings and land. Jennifer has assisted clients purchase and sell over 15,000 acres of land.
She launched her brokerage career after nearly a decade of experience at the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council and as a commercial banker.
Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the Bauer College of Business at University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Jennifer’s most special time is spent outdoors and traveling with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys cooking, health and fitness, and spending time on the lake with family and friends.
